WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During the holiday season, please allow up to 2 additional business days for processing.
Standard delivery time is between 7-12 business days for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU.
Please note: The Black Friday and Christmas seasons are the busiest times of the year, and delays in dispatch and delivery are expected.
All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in Korea.
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, and Korean Post.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted. If you notice any issues with your order or shipping details immediately after checkout, please contact us at support@iamskin.com.
UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. LuxeSkinAura is not responsible for any undelivered orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
If an undeliverable address is provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred to resolve the issue.
If you notice an error in the shipping address after placing your order, please inform us within 24 hours at support@iamskin.com.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STUCK IN THE MAIL?
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If your order becomes delayed or lost in transit, we apologize for the inconvenience. While the postal service is beyond our control, we will assist by reshipping your order with expedited shipping and tracking, if possible.
