Return Authorization & Shipping Label
Upon receiving your return request, we will send you a return authorization and a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. returns only.- The return shipping fee of $5 (for U.S. orders only) will be deducted from your refund.
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Pack and Send Your Return
- Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- Use the return shipping label provided to send your items back. Ensure the package is fully sealed and secure.
- Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable taxes, minus a $5 return shipping fee for U.S. returns. Please note that any shipping fees paid at checkout (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-14 business days for us to process your return once we receive the items. Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit Card Processing: After we issue the refund, please note that it may take 3-7 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company’s processing times.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement item or offer a full refund based on your preference.
- We may ask you to send us a photo of the item’s condition for our records. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Promotional Sales: Items purchased during site-wide promotions (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other seasonal sales) are typically non-returnable. Please check the specific terms of the promotion before purchasing.

Customs Fees & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that customs fees and import duties are not refundable.
- The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of the products purchased (discounts are not applied in the customs total).

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been shipped. Please track your order and contact the carrier if any issues arise.
