Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with IamSkin. We aim to provide high-quality products and exceptional service to all our customers. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds according to the terms outlined below.
Please read this policy carefully to ensure you understand our procedures and requirements.

1. Returns Eligibility
Standard Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new, unused, and unopened items for a full refund within 21 days from the date of purchase. Please note the following:
  • Condition for Return: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 21 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not accept returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. These include:
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Promotional items
  • KF94 Masks
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Please double-check the product description and details before completing your purchase to ensure you are satisfied with the item.

2. How to Return Your Items
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
  1. Initiate the Return

    • To start a return, email us at info@iamskin.com. In your email, include the following details:
      • Your order number
      • The name and quantity of the item(s) you wish to return
      • The reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

    Please use the subject line “RETURN” for easy identification.

  2. Return Authorization & Shipping Label
    Upon receiving your return request, we will send you a return authorization and a pre-paid return shipping label for U.S. returns only.

    • The return shipping fee of $5 (for U.S. orders only) will be deducted from your refund.
    • For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Pack and Send Your Return

    • Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition with all original tags and packaging. Items returned without original packaging or in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.
    • Use the return shipping label provided to send your items back. Ensure the package is fully sealed and secure.
    • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Refund Process
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the purchase price of the item(s) plus applicable taxes, minus a $5 return shipping fee for U.S. returns. Please note that any shipping fees paid at checkout (including expedited shipping) are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-14 business days for us to process your return once we receive the items. Once your return is processed and approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Credit Card Processing: After we issue the refund, please note that it may take 3-7 additional business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your credit card company’s processing times.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire. Follow the same return and ordering process as outlined above.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@iamskin.com. You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement item or offer a full refund based on your preference.
  • We may ask you to send us a photo of the item’s condition for our records. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6. Sale Items and Promotions
  • Promotional Sales: Items purchased during site-wide promotions (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or other seasonal sales) are typically non-returnable. Please check the specific terms of the promotion before purchasing.
  • Discounts: Discounts applied to your order will be factored into the refund amount. If a discount was used at checkout, it will automatically adjust the amount refunded.
    • Example: If an item is purchased with a 20% discount, the refund will reflect the discounted price.
  • Limited Time Offers: Certain limited-time offers and exclusive promotions may include specific return restrictions. Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the promotion before placing an order.

7. International Orders
  • No Returns on International Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, including shipments to Canada.

  • Customs Fees & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that customs fees and import duties are not refundable.

    • The value on your customs form will reflect the full value of the products purchased (discounts are not applied in the customs total).
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the item has been shipped. Please track your order and contact the carrier if any issues arise.


8. Prohibited Returns
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened or used products (including skincare, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Items purchased more than 21 days ago
  • Personal care products once opened or used (including skincare, makeup, etc.)
  • Products without proof of purchase

9. Shipping & Handling Fees
  • Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping fees paid for your initial order are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Costs: For U.S. customers, a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Order Modifications: If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
